The room was good-sized and fantastic, had smoke detectors for the safety. The bed was comfortable, and it was convenient to have an electric kettle, a dishwasher, and fridges.

The staff were friendly and welcoming right up until our departure day. 😊.

The location was marvellous and stunning for me as it was not far from the flight path for planes landing at Coolangatta, the wildlife sanctuary and a great beach. The apartment was spacious and modern with a large balcony offering great views. Location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and estuary. the pool and facilities were well maintained, with excellent security.

No air conditioning in some apartments and no lifts available, which was inconvenient when carrying heavy bags up the stairs. Multiple sets of unmarked keys were provided for each entrance, making it difficult to sort through them each time.

The beach was just across the street and the apartment had a large balcony to enjoy the view. The housekeeper was very nice and helpful during our stay. It was great to have a fully equipped kitchen to cook some of our meals.

We had a bit of trouble during check-in due to a language barrier with the staff and they weren't very friendly. There were spiders and webs in the corners of the apartment, which made us feel uncomfortable. Additionally, we were expected to take our own rubbish to the rubbish room and one time I got locked in there, which was quite scary. the customer service needs to be improved.

I loved the location as it was so close to beautiful beaches and just down the beach, away from main areas. The hotel facilities were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to shops and cafes. We especially loved being close to the wildlife sanctuary, which made for a fun family outing. the apartment was well-appointed and comfortable, with great views of the ocean inlet.

On some days the hotel was quite noisy due to the flight path to the nearby airport. While the planes didn't fly overhead constantly, the noise was definitely noticeable and at times quite disruptive.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, close to the beach with beautiful views of the creek. The staff was friendly and provided great service. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed. I particularly loved the balcony and sitting area, where I could relax and enjoy the scenery. The hotel also had a lovely garden area, perfect for a peaceful stroll. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone.
